The artist we followed aboard the Trans-Siberian Railway, on the roads of the Andes and the Faroe Islands, or in Turkey to learn to play the bağlama, has decided for his new album Roads vol. 3 to once again step away from the creative habits of his Paris studio. He, who confesses to having difficulty composing two pieces in the same place, has this time decided to traverse a new continent for three months.

Still aboard his now famous flamboyant caravan, a 1972 Airstream equipped for recording, working, and interpreting his unique travels, William Rezé-Thylacine has given himself the time he needed. This time that is lacking when one is stuck in the routine and rhythm of tours, this time that is necessary for travels to become genuine experiences and for intuition to transform into increasingly bold and original material.
